Access to Justice Act 1999 A personal injury solicitor arranged by Free Legal will be able to offer you an effectively free service of the best quality because of the provisions of the Access to Justice Act 1999. Your solicitor does this by entering into a Law Society's Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) with you. This document would allow your personal injury solicitor to claims his fees and disbursement costs from the losing side. The CFA, being a legal document might be difficult for a layperson to understand - please do not hesitate to ask your solicitor to explain any queries you might have in plain English! The solicitor would only be too happy to help. |
